Your tasks will be:
  • administrative tasks, data recording, archiving
  • checking, filing, and archiving incoming documents, and invoices
  • keeping in touch with partners
  • managing office procurements(office supplies, etc.)
  • supporting the work of the management
We are happy if you have knowledge of the following:
  • at least secondary education but preferably on-going higher education ( university)
  • user-level or advanced computer skills
  • precise work manner
  • good organizing skills
  • flexibility, good adaptability
  • dynamic, determined personality
Advantage but not expected:
  • executive assistant experience
  • english language
